✅ Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

  • For customized or personalized products (like printed mugs, t-shirts, photo frames, etc.), processing time may take 4-7 business days before shipping, depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.

  • Please ensure correct personalization details are provided to avoid delays.

🚚 Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery (India): 4-7 business days (depending on location).

  • Express Delivery (India): 1-3 business days (Available on selected products with additional charges).

  • Custom Orders: Delivery within 7-10 business days (processing + shipping time).

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on most products and locations for your convenience.

  • COD Orders above ₹1,000 may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before shipping.

  • A small COD handling fee of ₹30 may be applicable on orders below ₹499.

📍 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.

  • Orders below ₹499 will have a flat shipping charge of ₹49.

  • Express shipping charges vary based on location and urgency.

🌍 Delivery Locations

  • We deliver across all major cities and towns in India via trusted courier partners: Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, and India Post.

  • Some remote/rural areas may have extended delivery timelines.

🚫 Possible Delays

  • Delivery delays may occur due to weather, national holidays, courier issues, or high order volumes.

  • We will keep you informed in case of any unexpected delay.

📦 Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking details will be sent via SMS/Email once your order is shipped.

  • You can also track your order from our “Track My Order” section or by contacting our support team.

🔄 Undelivered Packages

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal, reshipping will be done after confirmation. Additional charges may apply.

✅ Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

🚫 Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or personalized gifts.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Any item returned after 7 days of delivery.

💰 Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

🔁 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery.
